Terms of Use & Service Agreement
These Terms govern participation in the RIA Network as an Advertiser, Publisher/Developer, or Platform Visitor, operated by Psylinks Security Private Limited.
Core Architecture & Operating Principles
RIA Network operates on an append-only double-entry financial ledger and prepaid liability ledger architecture (bucket: adv) across a privacy-by-design edge network. By integrating the RIA Network ad tag (/a.js), API endpoints, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. All monetary values are accounted in Indian Rupees (INR) and fractional Paise.
Advertiser Terms & Campaign Fulfillment
- Prepaid Ledger Model & No Refunds: Advertising spend is deducted from prepaid wallet balances in real-time. All wallet deposits are strictly final and non-refundable once credited, converting immediately into non-expiring digital advertising credits governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. No negative balances, hidden interest, or overdraft fees are permitted.
- Guaranteed Viewable Impressions: Advertisers are charged solely for viewable impressions meeting the MRC standard (>=50% creative pixels in viewport for >=1.0 continuous second). Skipped views, bounces, and bot pings are billed at ₹0.00.
- Pricing Estimation & Terms: Advertising rates start from an estimated benchmark of ₹50 per 1,000 verified views. Pricing can change at any time and it's an estimation. It depends on the type of ad you run.
- Minimum Budgets: Minimum wallet recharge is ₹50; minimum campaign budget is ₹1.00.
- Ad Approval & Security Verification: All creatives must pass automated threat scans (VirusTotal malware check, Turnstile challenge, SSRF validation) and manual administrator review before live traffic delivery.
- Prohibited Content: Deceptive finance, malware, illegal drugs, unlicensed gambling, counterfeit products, adult material, and hate speech are strictly barred.
Publisher & Developer Terms
- Up to 70% Revenue Share: Eligible publishers receive up to 70% of verified media revenue generated by their active ad placements, recorded transparently in the double-entry account ledger.
- Zero Minimum Traffic Requirement: RIA Network imposes no minimum traffic quotas for account eligibility. Advertisements serve dynamically across all verified properties from day one, even with a single active visitor.
- 10-Working-Day Traffic Pattern Calibration: Newly connected domains and applications undergo an initial 10-working-day traffic analysis phase. During this period, our automated security engine analyzes baseline traffic patterns, dwell distributions, and visitor authenticity. Certain views during this initial 10-day calibration period will not be counted toward publisher earnings. Upon conclusion of the 10-working-day calibration window, 100% of all verified human attention impressions are fully credited.
- Prohibition on Self-Viewing & Self-Clicking: Publishers are strictly forbidden from viewing, repeatedly loading, or clicking ads displayed on their own websites or mobile apps. The RIA Network edge engine automatically identifies publisher origin sessions; self-views are automatically suppressed and will never generate billable revenue.
- Mandatory KYC Compliance: To comply with Indian statutory taxation (TDS/PAN rules) and anti-money-laundering regulations, publishers must complete verified KYC submission (valid PAN card, legal name, GSTIN if applicable, and matching bank/UPI details) prior to receiving disbursements.
- Strict One-Account Policy (No Duplicate IDs): Exactly one master developer account is permitted per legal entity or individual. Registering duplicate accounts, forging publisher IDs, or attempting sybil exploitation results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of illegitimate balances, and edge domain blacklisting.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: Publisher earnings are settled once accrued balance reaches ₹500 via instant UPI or NEFT bank transfer.
Anti-Spam Registration Gate
To eliminate automated spam accounts and sybil attacks, new account registrations require a one-time, server-locked ₹99 verification deposit processed via secure payment gateways. This nominal gate verifies legal identity, funds automated security clearance, and is strictly non-refundable upon payment.
Event Sponsorship Program & Marketing Terms
When applying for event sponsorship or ad credit grants on RIA Network, operated by Psylinks Security Private Limited, applicant organizations and student coordinators acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Marketing & Operational Communications: By submitting an application, you grant permission to Psylinks Security Private Limited and RIA Network to send transactional updates, sponsorship evaluation decisions, and relevant product or marketing communications to the submitted contact email address and telephone/WhatsApp number.
- Use of Non-Confidential Event Information: You authorize RIA Network and Psylinks Security Private Limited to use publicly available or submitted non-confidential details (including event title, college/institution name, expected footfall, event dates, submitted public brochures, and event logo) for marketing showcases, community spotlights, investor presentations, case studies, and partner portfolios across digital and social channels.
- Confidentiality & Privacy Safeguards: Personal coordinator contact information (personal phone numbers, personal email addresses) and client network telemetry are stored under zero-knowledge AES-256-GCM encryption in full accordance with our Privacy Policy and are never rented, sold, or shared with third-party data brokers.
- Opt-Out & Communication Preferences: You may opt out of non-transactional marketing communications at any time by replying with "UNSUBSCRIBE" to promotional emails or messaging support at [email protected]. Transactional status notifications regarding your sponsorship application will continue to be delivered.
Termination, Liability & Governing Law
Psylinks Security Private Limited provides the ad delivery network "as is" with high-availability edge SLAs. Either party may terminate their account at any time. Deposited advertiser balances are non-refundable once credited and convert into non-expiring digital advertising credits. In the event of voluntary account closure, advertisers must utilize all accrued credits prior to termination. Eligible publisher earnings exceeding the ₹500 payout threshold will be settled via UPI/NEFT within statutory banking timelines. All transactions are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
