Zero-Tracking Privacy Policy

Our edge infrastructure operates on a strict zero-visitor-data model. Ad tags execute with zero storage access.

To verify legitimate impressions without invading visitor privacy, RIA Network uses open web standards:

• Closed Shadow DOM: The ad creative is rendered inside a closed Shadow DOM container, preventing the host website from accessing the ad frame and preventing the ad from inspecting host page cookies or DOM.
• IntersectionObserver Viewability: A signed viewability beacon is sent via navigator.sendBeacon only when >=50% of the ad creative is continuously visible for 1,000 milliseconds.
• Local Anti-Fatigue Exclusion: To prevent the same visitor from seeing the same ad repeatedly, the client script stores recent ad ID numbers in sessionStorage. This data never persists across browsing sessions and automatically vanishes when the tab is closed.

For registered partners operating campaigns or monetizing properties, we collect strictly necessary business details:

• Contact Details: Verified business email address and legal representative name.
• Tax & Compliance Identifiers: PAN, GSTIN, and CIN (for statutory TDS and GST invoicing compliance under Indian law).
• Payout Credentials: Encrypted UPI VPA or bank IFSC account details for publisher revenue settlements.
• Double-Entry Ledger: All deposits, spends, and earnings are maintained in append-only financial records protected by PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS).

Because RIA Network does not process or store visitor personal data:

• India DPDPA 2023: Full compliance through proactive data minimization. No visitor consent notices required.
• EU GDPR & ePrivacy Directive: Zero cookie consent banners required for publishers under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, as no terminal device storage is accessed for tracking.
• US State Laws (CCPA / CPRA / VCDPA): RIA Network does not "sell" or "share" personal information or engage in targeted behavioral advertising.

When campus coordinators and organizers apply for sponsorship grants offered by Psylinks Security Private Limited via RIA Network, we process limited organizational and contact data:

• Zero-Knowledge Encrypted Contact PII: Coordinator contact phone numbers, email addresses, and client IP addresses are secured using native WebCrypto AES-256-GCM encryption before database storage. Deterministic HMAC-SHA256 blind indexing ensures duplicate detection without exposing raw email addresses.
• Marketing & Sponsorship Outreach: We use your contact details exclusively to deliver application status notifications, ad credit vouchers, and periodic updates regarding student opportunities, developer competitions, and platform advertising features.
• Non-Confidential Event Showcase: Non-confidential event information (event name, college/host entity, estimated attendees, event dates, and official logo) may be featured publicly by Psylinks Security Private Limited in partnership showcases, case studies, and social announcements.
• Unsubscribe & Deletion: You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting [email protected] or clicking unsubscribe on marketing emails.
